11 Habits of People with High Emotional Intelligence Article

I'm happy to share what I've been up to. I'm featured in another article from Best Life. The article is titled "11 Habits of People with High Emotional Intelligence." In the article, several therapists discuss habits that people with high emotional intelligence do regularly.

Routines and habits are essential for emotional health. Every client that I work with has a daily routine. They insert this skill or tool into their daily routine, with the understanding that this addition to their routine has substantial benefits and will improve their quality of life.
